Abstract

This research examines the concept of "Risk Management through the Prophetic Migration (Hijra)," presenting Prophetic strategic planning. The noble Prophetic Migration from Makkah to Madinah constitutes a pivotal juncture in Islamic history. This investigation is predicated upon a comprehensive analysis of the multifaceted dimensions of risk management demonstrably present within the Prophetic Hijra blueprint. This encompasses an initial phase of proactive risk identification and assessment, followed by an elaborate proactive planning regimen designed to avert or mitigate potential adversities. Subsequent stages involved the judicious assignment of roles and delegation of responsibilities, the formulation of robust contingency plans to address unforeseen eventualities, and the rigorous maintenance of absolute confidentiality. Ultimately, the plan culminated in the profound manifestation of reliance upon Divine Providence and celestial endorsement. The methodology employed herein entails a systematic dissection of the Hijra's sequential phases from the vantage point of contemporary risk management principles, drawing extensively from authoritative primary sources of Prophetic biography (Seerah) and Hadith. The overarching objective is to present this momentous historical narrative as an exhaustive managerial archetype, from which invaluable insights and applications may be derived for contemporary strategic planning endeavors.
